住宅を借りようとする外国人の方々へ
If you are planning to rent an apartment, you may find useful the "guidebooks" provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and National Federation of Real Estate Transaction Associations. Please download the guidebooks from the following websites.
住宅を借りようとする外国人の方の参考としていただくため、国土交通省と（公財）日本賃貸住宅管理協会では、共同で『部屋探しのガイドブック』（英語、中国語、韓国語、スペイン語、ポルトガル語、ベトナム語、ネパール語）を作成し、公開しています。部屋探しの際にぜひご活用ください。
また（公社）全国宅地建物取引業協会連合会でも『部屋を借りる人のためのガイドブック』（英語、中国語、ハングル語、ベトナム語、スペイン語、ポルトガル語、ネパール語）を作成し公開しています。
